As a part-time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by researching contact lists, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical duties. Job Overview This part-time position, offering up to 28 hours per week, is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced office environment. The preferred schedule is 8:30am-3:00pm (Monday-Wednesday) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Thursday-Friday), with the job site located at 322 Sovereign Ct., St. Louis, MO 63011. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for researching contact information, setting up mailings and email campaigns, making introductory calls, and performing general clerical duties. Key Responsibilities Research contact information for potential clients to enter into the marketing funnel, utilizing internet research skills and moderate knowledge of Excel. Set up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Make introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, in a timely and accurate fashion. Assist with special projects as assigned, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Perform other related duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence. Qualifications and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast and accurate typing skills, and moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence.
