Experienced Data Entry Specialist for Alternate Investments – Remote Opportunity for Career Growth and Development

Job Overview In this role, you will be accountable for processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing Corporate Activity Activities, among other tasks. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring that client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that interacts with Retail and Institutional Service Teams, fund companies, transfer agents, and other external business partners to provide exceptional client service and support. Key Responsibilities Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks, including processing of Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity Analyze complex/escalated issues, perform testing/validation of new technology enhancements, and provide solutions to management Review and analyze client/advisor amount exceptions, regulatory commitments, and tax coding corrections Reconcile breaks across BOS and fund companies, and provide follow-up on alternative investment moves to expedite client requests or remediate issues Respond to business partner inquiries regarding fund information requirements/eligibility and provide prompt and correct completion of client investing and dividend requests Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant work experience preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field Knowledge of financial services, particularly alternate investments Experience with Salesforce, Slack, or other CRM software Strong understanding of regulatory commitments, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 Ability to speak multiple languages, with fluency in English required Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
