Oversee the development of programming programs, algorithms, dashboards, data tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate, and evaluate datasets. Establish credibility with partners, manage expectations, and ensure regular, consistent, and effective communication with colleagues and partners. May be responsible for developing and managing budgets for functional areas, and ensuring that financial objectives are met. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline. Experience with analytical and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others. In-depth knowledge of SQL and open-source data science and statistics packages such as Python, R, and others. Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business solutions. At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. At least 2 years of direct management, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline. Experience communicating at the executive level. Experience leading cross-functional teams.
