Our team is comprised of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, and we are proud to offer a fun, flexible, and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development. **Job Summary** As a Facebook Ads Manager / Customer Support / General VA to CEO, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, and providing exceptional customer support. You will also be required to assist the CEO with various administrative tasks and projects as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setting up and executing ad strategies, tracking performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign results. * Manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including setting up and optimizing ad groups, creating and managing ad copy, and tracking performance. * Provide exceptional customer support through our Basecamp project management system, responding to client queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks and projects, including data entry, research, and report preparation. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up. * Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing graphics and materials for clients and internal projects. * Assist with lead generation and follow-up, including researching and identifying new business opportunities. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. **Essential Requirements** * Based in the Philippines * Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members * Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns * Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certification a plus) * Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed * Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power) * Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms * Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research (a plus but not essential) **Percentage Breakdown of Tasks** * FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%) * Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%) * Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%) * Graphic design (10%) * General Admin (10%) * Report Preparation (5%) * SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%) * Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%) **Perks** * Fun, flexible work environment with a dynamic and inclusive team * Highly competitive salary based on experience, plus a quarterly revenue share-based bonus * 13th Month Bonus * Additional Performance-Based Bonus * Opportunity to learn new skills across several different areas of digital marketing, with access to screen-recorded trainings and ongoing professional development * Unlimited access to the tools you need to succeed * Grow with this entrepreneurial company and build out the marketing team * We are very loyal to our employees and treat them with respect at all times **How to Apply** To apply for this exciting opportunity, please fill out the form linked below.
