As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess new information sources, develop and implement business process improvement techniques, and drive continuous improvement in risk management practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Investigate organized and unstructured data to decipher insights using factual, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods * Collaborate with innovation and other teams to develop and implement risk management approaches and business processes * Identify and assess new information sources (controlled and unstructured) to enhance productivity and drive business growth * Develop and implement business process improvement techniques to drive continuous improvement in risk management practices * Work with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies that align with arenaflex's growth objectives * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and innovation teams * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and business process improvement **Essential Qualifications** * Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field * 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement * Proven track record of developing and implementing business process improvement techniques that drive growth and innovation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher complex data insights * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with MS Excel for financial and data reporting and analysis * Experience with Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, UAT, and Unix **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role at a leading global organization * Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure * Experience with agile project management methodologies **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher complex data insights * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business process improvement techniques that drive growth and innovation * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure * Experience with agile project management methodologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
