Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Risk Management and Business Strategy to join our team at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improve risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology and business groups, to implement risk management approaches and business processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze structured and unstructured data to inform business decisions and drive growth Develop and implement risk management approaches and business processes Collaborate with technology and business groups to implement risk management solutions Identify and evaluate new data sources that can add value to our products and services Use industry and internal best practices to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems Communicate complex analysis and insights to technical and non-technical audiences Develop and implement business process improvement strategies Lead project management initiatives, driving business change and reengineering systems Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need a Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. You will also need experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement.
