As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for data entry, scrubbing, denials, and rejections, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely reimbursement. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual with a passion for medical billing, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into Eclinical Works, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. * Scrubbing: Review and clean patient data to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors. * Denials and Rejections: Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims, working closely with insurance providers to resolve issues and ensure timely reimbursement. * Communication: Effectively communicate with insurance provider representatives, navigating their websites and resolving any issues that may arise. * Software Knowledge: Proficiently use Eclinical Works, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion to manage patient data and ensure seamless billing operations. * Coding Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of coding systems, including Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Internal Medicine/Family Practice Office, Home Health, and Wound Care. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in medical billing, with a strong background in data entry, auditing, charge entry, rejections, payment posting, and aging reimbursement. * Proficient in Eclinical Works, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion, with a strong understanding of coding systems. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. * Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) and medical billing. * Experience working with Eclinical Works, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Eclinical Works, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with insurance providers and healthcare professionals. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. * Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
