About the Role As an Evening Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing guidance, support, and resolution to our valued customers. This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with two evening shifts available: 1:00 to 9:30 pm EST and 1:30 to 10:00 pm EST. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, with all necessary equipment provided, and participate in our comprehensive new-employee training program to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner Build rapport with customers, verifying and collecting demographics, and updating systems as necessary Determine and execute the best resolution to assist customers, connecting them to appropriate internal or external resources as needed Manage tasks with timely follow-up, interacting with customers, providers, insurance carriers, and other vendors Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Degree or GED, with an Associate's degree in a related field (such as business administration, liberal arts, public health, or healthcare management) preferred Customer Service experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism Strong analytical and issue-resolution skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive total rewards package, including: Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00, with a 10% rate differential for evening shifts Robust Medical coverage, as well as Dental and Vision benefits Tuition assistance, 401(k) savings plan with company match, and paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays, Employee Assistance Programs, and Wellness Programs Ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth and advancement Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're dedicated to helping our team members achieve their career goals.
