Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, applying for payments, sending payment reminders, and managing flight changes and seat assignments as needed. Provide concierge-related services, including spa, touring, and dinner reservations, and correspond with clients to understand their preferences and arrange surprises and welcome notes. Prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed and distributed, and ensuring that all materials are accurate and up-to-date. Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, and manage client profiles and bookings with precision and attention to detail. Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, providing emergency assistance outside of normal office hours, and demonstrating a commitment to client care and satisfaction.
