Job Overview We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time, seasonal representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an amazing customer experience, helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions Enter application data accurately and efficiently Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications Essential Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s Dedicated, private, and secure workspace Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period Complete a background check and health screening Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a Call Center Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish Bilingual, a plus What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
