We work closely with our internal partners to deliver cutting-edge visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex. **Job Summary** As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions. You'll work closely with our internal partners to drive the creation of innovative solutions that deliver exceptional visitor experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to making arenaflex a leader in the industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with our internal partners to drive the development, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions * Lead and work with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions that deliver exceptional visitor experiences and push the boundaries of functional objectives * Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to growing top-tier AI stages * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionize ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Arranged Programming Configuration Examples * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome major areas of strength for and, relational abilities, and determination to complete responsibilities * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development techniques * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that's passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our visitors * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * A competitive salary and bonus structure * A fun and collaborative work environment with a team of talented and motivated individuals * The opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to making arenaflex a leader in the industry **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who's passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our visitors, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
