Job SummaryAs a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading the analysis of complex data sets, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, and communicating insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.You'll work closely with our Client Travel Insight (CTI) product owners to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience. You'll also lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities* Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and improve customer experience* Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders* Work closely with our CTI product owners to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience* Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needsEssential Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization* 1+ years of leadership experience, including experience leading teams and managing projects* Experience developing and presenting reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders* Master-level BI dashboarding experience, including experience with tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau* Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling and data warehousing* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsNice to Have Qualifications* Graduate degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field* Certifications in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, such as bolthires Data Analytics Certification, Power BI Certified Data Analyst, or AWS Certified Data Analyst* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or bolthires Cloud* Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databasesWhat We Offer* Competitive salary and benefits package* Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the private sector* Collaborative and dynamic work environment* Professional development and growth opportunities* Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options* Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performanceIf you're a motivated and experienced data analyst with a passion for driving business growth and improving customer experience, we want to hear from you!Please submit your resume and cover letter to.
