**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Clinical Research and Evidence Generation**

We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home in North Carolina, USA. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in generating high-quality, evidence-based insights to inform our clinical research and development efforts. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze complex data projects, leveraging your expertise in data science, statistics, and programming to drive business decisions and improve patient care. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute advanced data analysis projects to address key business questions and inform clinical research and development decisions * Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and data warehouses to support data-driven decision-making * Collaborate with clinical research teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs * Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, statistics, and programming, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analysis processes * Work closely with our data engineering team to design and implement data infrastructure and architecture to support our data analysis needs * Develop and maintain relationships with external data vendors and partners to ensure access to high-quality, relevant data **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) * 3+ years of experience in data analysis and programming (e.g., R, Python, SQL) * Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis * Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses * Strong programming skills, including experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Capabilities** * Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) * Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare data * Familiarity with clinical research regulations and guidelines (e.g., GCP, ISO, MDD/MDR) * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program and employee stock purchase plan * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst with a passion for healthcare and medical research, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
