As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business decisions and improve the effectiveness of our education programs. As a hybrid employee, you'll work on-site at our corporate campus for a minimum of 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. **Responsibilities** * Apply expertise and customer needs assessment to create solutions that meet business requirements * Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects * Apply advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that drive business decisions * Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting education data * Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers * Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings * Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to drive business decisions and present findings * Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to address problems * Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution * Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies * May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Ability to apply advanced tools to quickly understand and clearly define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh options to recommend solutions * Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively * Ability to prioritize tasks to meet business targets and goals * Be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to perform assignments and projects * Understanding of Company policies (e.g., Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture * Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment * Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required * Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions * Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations * Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences **Education** * Required: High School Diploma or GED **Experience** * Advanced level experience, with extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools, including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets + Visualization and presentation experience * Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic) * Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations education and Advance Qualification Program (AQP) **Work Environment and Culture** As a Senior Learning Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
