You will be responsible for identifying statistical patterns and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division, and you will have the chance to work on exciting projects that will help you grow both personally and professionally. **Responsibilities and Expectations** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst intern, your responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * The capacity to effectively listen, understand, and communicate thoughts and present them in writing, verbally, or through presentations delivered to discussions of varying audiences. * The ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * A working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase (desired). * The ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * The ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications (desired). * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework (desired). * The ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment. * The ability to focus on responsibilities independently and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field (desired). * The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. * The ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** As an intern at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to: * Work on exciting projects that will help you grow both personally and professionally. * Collaborate with experienced team members to drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation. * Develop your skills in data analysis, quality control, and business acumen. * Receive feedback and guidance from our experienced team members. * Participate in professional development opportunities, such as training and workshops. * Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment. * Receive a competitive hourly rate of $28/hour. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data analysis and quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting internship opportunity.
