About the Role In this remote role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our pet parents. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with our customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues. We are looking for individuals who can think critically, engage with our customers, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by providing exceptional service and support. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informative support to our customers. Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed. Maintain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of the pet care industry or experience working with pets. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
