You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify subscribers impacted by critical events, and collaborate with episode management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee accuracy of our subscriber data. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage data and record information requirements related to subscriber notifications (including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected) and occurrence remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required) * Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise subscribers for notifications or potential remediation * Communicate business requirements to technical teams, and provide brief summaries of technical progress and roadblocks to business partners * Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information * Manage project planning and timelines and supervise cross-functional delivery to ensure status for critical business events * Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks * Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline * 3+ years of scientific experience * Proven ability to convey technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages * Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills * Degree in a scientific field **Good To Haves** * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) * Postgraduate education * Knowledge of Apache Beam **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media conglomerate * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
