Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming faxes and handling phone inquiries within a supportive call center environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure that patients receive the necessary prescription coverage by verifying the completeness of required information, conducting follow-ups with providers, and accurately inputting data to confirm prescription coverage. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.75, with an initial month of onsite training before transitioning to a remote work setup. Please note that candidates must reside in Massachusetts as per arenaflex policy. Key Responsibilities Process incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications, ensuring that all necessary details are accurate and up-to-date. Verify the completeness of required information, including dates of birth and medication dosages, to ensure that patients receive the correct prescription coverage. Conduct follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information, using exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues efficiently. Accurately input data to confirm prescription coverage, ensuring that all information is handled with precision and attention to detail. Manage approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and providers. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center. You should have exceptional attention to detail, combined with strong communication abilities and a proactive attitude towards learning. Proficiency in managing tasks related to both fax and phone communications is essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
