We are passionate about using technology to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. **Job Description:** As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise will be essential in helping us to: * **Design and develop data warehouses and data marts**: You will work closely with our Information Item Chiefs, Information Modelers, and Information Architects to design and develop data warehouses and data marts that meet the needs of our clients. * **Develop ETL pipelines in Big Data environments**: You will develop ETL pipelines in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments using Hadoop, AWS, Snowflake, and other technologies. * **Engineer data structures and define data models**: You will work closely with our Information Item Chiefs, Information Modelers, and Information Architects to engineer data structures and define data models for our data warehouses and data marts. * **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: You will work closely with our Information Item Chiefs, Information Modelers, and Information Architects to design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our clients. * **Maintain detailed documentation**: You will maintain detailed documentation of your work and changes to ensure data quality and data governance. * **Ensure high operational efficiency**: You will ensure high operational efficiency and quality of your solutions to meet SLAs and support our clients (Information Science, Information Examination groups). * **Participate in agile/scrum practices**: You will be a proactive member and supporter of agile/scrum practices to ensure team well-being and cycle enhancements. **Key Capabilities:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * **Solid SQL skills**: You will need to have solid SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries to extract insights from large datasets. * **Experience with Big Data technologies**: You will need to have experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, Voila, PySpark), Flash, and other distributed systems. * **Programming skills**: You will need to have strong programming skills in Python, Java/Scala, and other languages. * **Experience with MPP or cloud database technologies**: You will need to have experience with at least one significant MPP or cloud database technology such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Large Query. * **Experience with data integration toolsets**: You will need to have experience with data integration toolsets such as Wind current and the ability to write and maintain data pipelines. * **Knowledge of data modeling strategies**: You will need to have knowledge of data modeling strategies and data warehousing standard practices and procedures. * **Experience with agile/scrum practices**: You will need to have experience with agile/scrum practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Ideal Candidate:** We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Engineer who is passionate about Big Data and data solutions.
