**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems and Inventory Management**

Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our ranks as a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems. **Job Summary:** We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Supply Chain Systems team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support all moves/add/change demands. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the Distribution Center Administration Framework, Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, and other stakeholders * Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure seamless data management and processing * Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures to ensure business continuity * Communicate with MHE merchants regarding data management and processing * Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Maintain and support LAN (Local Area Network) design * Implement all future updates of software * Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS * Regulate non-exempt staff * Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end-users * Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Required Capabilities:** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Local presence required; this is not a remote job **Preferred Capabilities:** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Business acumen and analytical skills **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we're committed to making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees.
