Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our AI/ML Development team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with our team of experts to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that transform industries and improve lives. Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Implementing algorithms and assessment strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences Deep-dive failure evaluation and sample mining to identify areas for improvement Developing interpretation strategies for deep learning models to drive actionable insights Producing and presenting significant data insights with visualizations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams Using intensive statistical analysis and big data analysis to drive actionable insights for customers Evaluating potential features based on customer needs to inform internal improvements Providing quantitative analysis of real-world trends and actual customer data to understand product performance Creating mathematical models to predict outcomes and inform strategic business decisions Capturing and analyzing real customer feedback on shipped products to inform future product development and roadmaps Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field At least 3 years of experience in data science, AI/ML development, or a related field Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or GCP Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with agile development methodologies Strong understanding of computer vision and natural language processing Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
