Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the discovery and development of new product features and capabilities that meet the evolving needs of our customers * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet business objectives and customer needs * Working closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards * Defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that products meet business objectives and customer needs * Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that products are aligned with business objectives and customer needs * Collaborating with data science teams to develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes that inform product development and launch * Working closely with business stakeholders to develop and maintain business cases for product development and launch * Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs * Developing and maintaining product documentation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that products are well-documented and easily understood by customers and internal stakeholders **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support * Proven track record of delivering innovative products that meet business objectives and customer needs * Strong technical skills, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes * Experience working with agile development methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time and within budget **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support * Experience working with cloud-based platforms, with a focus on scalability and reliability * Experience working with data science teams, with a focus on developing and implementing data-driven decision-making processes * Experience working with business stakeholders, with a focus on developing and maintaining business cases for product development and launch **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Product Manager at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that are shaping the future of our industry.
