As a Quality Control Data Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Job Summary** arenaflex is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Control Data Analyst Intern to join our team for a 12-week temporary position. As a Quality Control Data Analyst Intern, you will assist in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying statistical patterns and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with care and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation-based information to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications. **Preferred Qualifications** * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-based environment. * Ability to focus on responsibilities diligently and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field. * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Quality Control Data Analyst Intern at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable work experience, and contribute to the success of our organization.
