About the Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and professional manner Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and solution-focused approach Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management as required Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently Developing rapport with customers and providing an exceptional experience through active listening and empathy Offering solutions and alternatives rather than excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred) 1 year of call center experience (preferred) Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required) Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required) Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah (required) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude.
