**Experienced Full Stack Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting and Analysis**

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for planning and preparing financial reports, including journal entries and monthly account reconciliations, for specific areas of the general ledger. You will also be responsible for ensuring that financial records are maintained in accordance with GAAP and management's expectations. Additionally, you will assist in providing financial information to external auditors and stakeholders, and collaborate with FP&A and other functional partners to drive business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger * Be a key owner of the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for assigned functional areas * Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with GAAP and management's expectations * Assist in providing financial information to external auditors and stakeholders * Collaborate with FP&A and other functional partners to drive business objectives * Perform special investigations and projects to support cycle improvement initiatives * Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making * Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and strategy **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * 2+ years of relevant accounting experience * Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/internal controls * Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * CPA certification or working towards certification * Master's degree in Accounting or related field * Experience with financial planning and analysis * Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools * Strong leadership and management skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis * Experience with financial planning and analysis * Strong leadership and management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
