Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the environment, and we're committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Business Strategy:** Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement business strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time). * **Customer Excellence:** Ensure that all team members deliver a top-notch customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness. * **Team Development:** Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, maintaining high job satisfaction, providing continuous performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures. * **Brand Standards:** Maintain brand standards through office maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code and grooming standards. **What You'll Bring:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications: * **Education:** A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * **Leadership:** Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while meeting business-critical deadlines. * **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer-facing tasks. * **Collaboration:** Ability to foster collaborative relationships and serve as a well-respected, trusted partner. * **Flexibility:** Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, with the ability to move depending on the situation. * **Licensing:** A valid driver's license in the state of work and the ability to obtain the necessary state licensing, where applicable. * **Sales Permit:** This role requires an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
