As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a fast-paced and exciting environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements** As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that they maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You'll also play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results * Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience * Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives * Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks * Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud * Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) * Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs) **Our Fulfillment Network and Career Growth Opportunities** Our fulfillment network launches new Operations sites every year, providing various opportunities for your professional growth and development.
