Job Overview In this remote, high-volume call center environment, you will receive and respond to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day, addressing a range of inquiries and requests. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting clinical and demographic information, entering data into our portal, and providing empathetic support to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls from patients, providers, and referral sources, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner Collect and accurately enter clinical and demographic information into our portal, ensuring data integrity and compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating patience, understanding, and a commitment to meeting the needs of patients and their families Comply with all arenaflex policies, including HIPAA/PHI, and adhere to established procedures and guidelines Strive to meet or exceed individual performance goals in areas such as call quality, attendance, adherence, and other contact center objectives Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry, with knowledge of medical terminology Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, with data entry skills while actively listening) Basic PC and search engine abilities, including troubleshooting, working with Microsoft Office, and navigating the internet Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote call center environment Knowledge of home healthcare services and operations Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CHAA, CPC, or CMA) Technical Requirements To perform this role, you will need to have a reliable internet connection, meeting the following specifications: Speeds: 2mb/10mb upload and 10mb/25mb download or higher High-speed internet: Fiber or Cable connection required DSL, Satellite, Wireless, and Hotspot connections are prohibited due to poor connections While working, you will be required to hardwire with an Ethernet cable What We Offer arenaflex is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including: Starting pay for external hires is $17.50/hour, with a monthly incentive bonus opportunity Full range of benefits, including health, dental, and vision, with HSA employer contributions and dependent care FSA employer match Generous PTO, 401K savings plan, paid parental leave, and more Advancement opportunities, professional skills training, and tuition reimbursement Discounts on eligible items, and a great culture with a sense of community Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
