As a key member of our revenue operations department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics. Your expertise will be instrumental in communicating with insurance payers, responding to payer communications, and collaborating with other revenue operations teams to drive seamless processes across teams. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage * Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics * Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, including phone calls, emails, and online portals * Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators * Partnering with clinics teammates to ensure timely and accurate insurance information * Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements to drive business growth and efficiency **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or equivalent * A minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience, preferably in a revenue cycle or related field * Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required * Data Entry experience filling out online forms, including medical billing and accounting software * Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS) * Proper claim accounting knowledge and medical billing or accounting experience are a big plus **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with payers, clinics, and other stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
