Job Summary As an HR Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to our Human Resources department, with a primary focus on organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. This part-time role will involve working flexible hours, with the possibility of remote work after the initial training phase. The ideal candidate will be based near D.C. and available to attend a mandatory in-person training week. Key Responsibilities Organize and audit employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards, including uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site. Develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval, including reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access. Collaborate with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation, and communicate progress and updates to the HR team regularly. Find and organize both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes, ensuring that all files are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, and demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a strong focus on file organization and compliance. Familiarity with SharePoint and ADP's Document Cloud, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with HR team members and other stakeholders. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in HR administration or a related field.
