Job Summary As an HR Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to our Human Resources department, with a primary focus on organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. This part-time role will involve working flexible hours, with the possibility of remote work after the initial training phase. You will be expected to develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval, collaborate with HR staff to identify and address discrepancies, and communicate progress and updates to the team regularly. Key Responsibilities Organize and audit employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards, including uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site. Develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval, including reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access. Find and organize both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes, ensuring that all files are up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaborate with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation, providing creative solutions to complex problems. Communicate progress and updates to the HR team regularly, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a strong focus on file organization and compliance. Familiarity with SharePoint is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a fast-paced and proactive approach to work. Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with HR team members and other stakeholders. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred, as well as a creative problem-solving approach and adaptability to new systems. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working with ADP's Document Cloud and other HR software systems.
