You'll work closely with our team to identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner * Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution * Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures * Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management * Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources to ensure efficient issue resolution * Following up on complicated customer calls to ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction * Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system * Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries * Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Bilingual skills are a plus * Some sales and customer service experience is required * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Some experience with MS Excel is a plus * Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate priority issues * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
