Key Responsibilities Contact policyholders through inbound and outbound telephone calls, direct mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal, enhancing retention and meeting the needs of our customers. Counsel policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws to ensure sufficient protection against risks covered by property and casualty insurance. Make recommendations and process changes to policies, documenting all activity in our system. Receive and respond to calls and emails, providing efficient and professional customer service, and utilizing knowledge of the insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies. Process changes to policies, follow up with companies to ensure timely processing, and review policy information to assist customers in filing claims. Recognize cross-sell opportunities and obtain quote information to drive business growth. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment. A Property and Casualty insurance license (required). Membership license preferred, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment. Knowledge of insurance industry software and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
