Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will need to be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and able to work autonomously and self-directed. Your excellent written English skills will be essential in proofreading and quality controlling SEO blogs written by our team, as well as communicating with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads Communicate directly with clients through our project management system Perform tasks and coordinate the tasks of others to ensure project deliverables are met Proofread and quality control SEO blogs written by our team Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Work autonomously and self-directed, with the ability to ask for help when needed Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and other duties as required Utilize graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms to create visual content Coordinate and manage tasks related to video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research Essential Requirements Based in the Philippines Excellent written English skills Facebook Ads experience, or willingness to learn and be trained Google Ads experience, or willingness to learn and be trained (Google Certification is a plus) Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research Google Certification in Google Ads Experience working with project management tools and software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal English skills Ability to work autonomously and self-directed Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
