You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide timely and effective support to customers over the phone, addressing their queries and concerns about insurance policies and software platforms * Gather and verify customer information, entering data into our software platforms with accuracy and attention to detail * Answer questions and provide guidance on insurance policies, software features, and other related topics * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and first-call resolution rates * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our software platforms and insurance industry trends **Workspace Requirements** * Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no macs or Chromebooks for this opportunity) * Willingness to install arenaflex's security software on your computer and mobile device * Willingness to install AWS on your computer * Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures * Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater * 8 GB RAM or better * Dual monitors highly recommended **Commitment** * 10 hours per week, with 5 hours self-scheduled on the weekend * 90-day commitment, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire **What We Are Looking For** * Candidates with data entry experience and high-volume call support experience * Candidates who can type 45+ WPM and are strong multi-taskers * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
