You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex technical issues, and driving business growth. **Key responsibilities** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals * Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member * Remotely resolve and resolve demands using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues * Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration * Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations * Install and configure local and network-based printers * Perform preventive maintenance * Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required * Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned * Venture, as required **All you'll need for success** * Minimum Qualifications: Education and Earlier Professional Training + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/preparation * 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues * First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment **Preferred Qualifications: Training and Earlier Professional Training** * A+ certification * MCSE/MCP or higher * Past IT foundation experience in an Aircraft/Airport environment **Abilities, Licenses, and Certificates** * General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 * Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems * Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues * Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment * Ability to lift at least 50 pounds **What you'll get** * Enjoy all that arenaflex has to offer: + Medical benefits: On your first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
