You'll be part of a small team that's responsible for delivering exceptional support 24/7, and you'll work closely with our technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development, and we're looking for someone who's eager to learn and take on new challenges. **Key Responsibilities** * Understand our banking software and apps in-depth, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements * Coordinate with software technicians, technical support, and developers as needed to resolve complex issues * Examine technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects * Handle technical processes and explain them to less-technical people in a clear and concise manner * Work closely with our technical team to investigate and diagnose issues, and provide recommendations for improvement * Manage a dynamic workload with many concurrent tasks, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Monitor and improve the quality of the tech support process, and provide feedback to the team **Requirements** * Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to establish good working relationships with customers, and provide exceptional support and service * Solid troubleshooting ability, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to learn technical skills quickly, and adapt to new technologies and processes * In-depth learning and understanding of our mobile and online banking products, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements * Coordination with developers to investigate and diagnose issues, and provide recommendations for improvement * Ability to manage a dynamic workload with many concurrent tasks, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in banking live-chat, with a strong understanding of the banking industry and its technical requirements * Experience in technical support, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques * Experience with Dialogflow, and other technical tools and platforms * Experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android * Project management experience, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles * Working directly with US-based customers, with a strong understanding of US banking systems and regulations **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * Ability to learn technical skills quickly, and adapt to new technologies and processes * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to monitor and improve the quality of the tech support process * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong understanding of collaboration and teamwork principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Junior Tech Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have opportunities to develop your technical skills, work on complex projects, and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
