Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Item Director to join our Automation Development group. As a vital member of this team, you will focus on the process, discovery, and implementation of cutting-edge visit automation abilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our conversational AI customer servicing products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers while aligning with arenaflex's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous item discovery efforts, defining product requirements that offer opportunities to elevate the customer experience. Leverage client information, conversational analysis, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments. Work closely with the core product team to define client stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature design. Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying ways to improve the experience. Analyze performance metrics that indicate the health of the product and develop clear, data-informed product recommendations accordingly. Maintain and refine the product collection, mapping client stories to the needs of the end-user while prioritizing for business value. Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall client experience. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Programming, or a related field. A strong interest and desire to understand how things work, coupled with the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action, are essential. Excitement for excellent products and services, the ability to empathize with clients, and skill in articulating product functionality are also crucial. You should be a proven self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks, with solid written and verbal communication skills that enable you to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity. A forward-looking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on technology trends and emerging industry/space best practices is highly valued.
