Job Overview As a Manager of Customer Insights on the arenaflex Retail Media Network, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our clients by developing and implementing data-driven strategies that optimize their media investments. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media plans that meet our clients' business objectives, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Creates annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported, ensuring alignment with client objectives and arenaflex goals. Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations for media investment optimization. Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments. Develops and codifies best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization. Tells data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and presentation to drive business results. Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights from all sources to support client-facing teams and drive business growth. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics. 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a strong understanding of media performance reporting and data analysis. Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience working with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar technologies.
