Job Overview As a Manager of Customer Insights on the arenaflex Retail Media Network, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our clients. You will engage directly with clients to review their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve their goals. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies that drive results, and you will be responsible for synthesizing complex data into actionable insights that inform our clients' business decisions. Key Responsibilities Creates annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by arenaflex Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing guidance and support to internal partners and external clients and agencies Develops and delivers strategic recommendations for future media investments, based on analysis of complex data from multiple sources Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting and insights Tells data stories that support key deliverables, such as sales pitches and case studies Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregates insights to support client-facing teams Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the arenaflex Retail Media Network and the broader retail media business Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in insights and analytics, as well as experience in retail media or general media analytics. You will need to be highly analytical, with excellent decision-making and project management skills. You will also need to be an effective communicator, with the ability to tell compelling data stories and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way Experience with A/B testing and experimental design Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA Leading teams and proven business impact, with experience managing global teams Experience working in a retail environment, with a deep understanding of the retail media landscape Working with analytic/research software, such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
