Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating testing services for patients by reviewing test request forms, working with healthcare providers to complete required documentation, and communicating with patients to explain insurance coverage benefits and test information. * Independently managing assigned work and meeting production and quality metrics, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, revenue cycle, field sales, and lab teams, to ensure prompt handling of orders and billing processes. * Identifying issues and trends, and working with your team and leadership to develop best practices that enhance the patient experience and drive business growth. * Participating in projects that extend beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, allowing you to think creatively and explore new aspects of arenaflex and our customers' experiences. * Participating in the Quality Assurance plan to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including CLIA and HIPAA. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review test request forms and additional documentation to ensure accurate and timely testing. * Work with healthcare providers to complete required documentation and sample submission. * Communicate with patients to explain insurance coverage benefits and test information, including process and turnaround time. * Independently manage assigned work and meet production and quality metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt handling of orders and billing processes. * Identify issues and trends, and work with your team and leadership to develop best practices. * Participate in projects that extend beyond your day-to-day responsibilities. * Participate in the Quality Assurance plan. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Fluent in Spanish is preferred/encouraged. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute. * Excellent listening, transcribing, and self-review skills. * PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and e-mail. * Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under pressure. * Excellent organizational and task management skills and professional judgment. * Enjoys problem solving and identifying patterns. * Hardworking individual who loves working on a team and supporting others. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare or business. * Experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field. * Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Excellent listening and transcribing skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
