About the Role: Online Customer Service Representative Trainee We're seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries about our policies and troubleshooting issues.
