Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in a part-time remote capacity. As a CX Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting customers via email and live chat, and building strong relationships with shoppers new and old. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is nothing but wonderful Learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and procedures Use internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, fostering a sense of community and collaboration Dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points, optimizing each customer's experience and driving business growth Stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively Essential Qualifications A self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is proud of your accomplishments A creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box and comes up with unique solutions A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style to different audiences Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry Able to juggle many tasks at once while remaining extremely organized and attentive to detail Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, using keyboard shortcuts to maximize efficiency Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting Experience working from home, with a quiet and dedicated workspace that is free from distractions Requirements Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls, using Google Chrome for optimal performance Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends Available during the holiday season, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate changing business needs Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
