About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO. As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads management. Your excellent written English skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously will be essential in communicating directly with clients, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction Coordinate tasks and projects with team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results Provide administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry Develop and design graphic content using Canva or similar platforms Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to brand guidelines Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies Conduct lead generation and follow-up activities to drive business growth Essential Requirements Based in the Philippines Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience with Facebook Ads management, including setup, optimization, and reporting Experience with Google Ads management, including setup, optimization, and reporting (Google Certification is a plus) Proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and backup systems Graphic design skills, with experience using Canva or similar platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation Knowledge of SEO principles and practices Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp or Trello Google Analytics certification or experience with data analysis tools What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a fun, flexible, and supportive work environment that allows our team members to thrive.
