As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, informative, and engaging. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner Learn and efficiently use our internal management system to process sales orders, maintain customer relationships, and resolve issues Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to optimize each customer's experience Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Who You Are To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter who takes ownership of your work, a creative and innovative problem solver, and a sensitive and skillful communicator. You should be eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, able to juggle multiple tasks at once while remaining organized and attentive to detail, and highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows. Essential Qualifications: Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via video calls Have a quiet work space with minimal noise and reliable high-speed internet connection Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience Experience working from home Proficiency in Google Meet and other video conferencing tools Experience with internal management systems and communication software Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and communication style to different audiences. You should be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
