Job Overview The Senior Manager Product Management - Customer Experience is responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency. You will lead a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Your expertise in product management, leadership, and communication will be essential in driving the success of our product lines. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning (40%) : Develop and execute product strategies, set product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Delivery & Execution (30%) : Lead product development, drive product delivery, and ensure products meet quality and change control standards. People (30%) : Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to product managers, attract and retain top talent, and foster collaboration with team members. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably in a modern software development environment. Mastery of product management practices, agile methodologies, and extreme programming principles. Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting priorities. Bachelor's degree in a field related to product management or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories. Experience conducting user research and testing to understand customer needs. Ability to identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value. Experience guiding junior team members through product management fundamentals.
