About the Role We are looking for a part-time Customer Experience Advisor to work remotely from Nashville, TN, and be an integral part of our customer service team. As a CX Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing but wonderful Learn and efficiently use our internal management system to process sales orders and maintain customer relationships Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments Analyze trends and pain points to develop innovative solutions that optimize each customer's experience Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Who You Are To be successful in this role, you should be: A self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is proud of your accomplishments A creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box and continually seeks improvements A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and style to different audiences and situations Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, with a strong ability to navigate multiple tabs and windows Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions that drive loyalty and satisfaction Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via video calls Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and distractions Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT Be available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season Have a reliable high-speed internet connection and access to your router Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Customer service experience, particularly in a remote or virtual environment Experience working from home or in a self-directed setting Familiarity with internal management systems and communication software Knowledge of the arenaflex brand and products Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Proficiency in navigating multiple technology systems and software applications Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
