As the fastest-growing swag company, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help shape the future of our organization. **The Role** As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist – Purchasing, you will play a critical role in supporting the Supply Chain Operations of arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Ensuring a smooth full-cycle process from order submission to receipt of goods in the warehouse * Reviewing and prioritizing incoming purchase orders from supply chain, sales, and marketing teams * Accurately inputting customer details, vendor agreements, compliance documents, and product specifications * Maintaining accurate records of vendor agreements, compliance documents, and product specifications * Addressing product concerns and questions regarding pricing and decoration capabilities * Reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices against purchase orders and received goods * Investigating and resolving discrepancies in invoicing promptly * Monitoring the status of open orders and proactively identifying any potential delays or issues * Ensuring all product and supplier information is accurately entered and maintained in the system * Working closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on order requirements and priorities * Participating in cross-functional meetings to discuss procurement strategies and performance * Communicating any general supplier announcements or updates to the revenue teams * Performing other miscellaneous tasks as the business needs demand **The Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
