As an industry leader, we're dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries, and resolving complex issues related to contested proxy meetings. Your primary goal will be to ensure that shareholders receive accurate and timely information, while also promoting the interests of our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to shareholder inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about contested proxy meetings and our clients' positions * Resolve complex issues and concerns related to shareholder communications, working closely with our internal clients and stakeholders * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, products, and services to effectively communicate their positions to shareholders * Collaborate with our National Campaigns Unit to develop and implement effective shareholder communication strategies * Utilize our CRM system to track and manage shareholder interactions, ensuring that all communications are accurate and up-to-date * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, shareholder communications, and industry-specific topics **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with shareholders and internal clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in shareholder communications, investor relations, or a related field * Knowledge of the financial industry, including public companies, proxy meetings, and shareholder communications * Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues and concerns * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
