You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. If you are a motivated and compassionate pharmacy professional with a passion for customer service and data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Day in the Life** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws * Providing exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers * Entering orders, working alongside the pharmacist to ensure accuracy, and processing support tasks **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** Our Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, pharmacies provide care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
